Our Story: Corrupting Bland Food the Chicago Way

In 2011, while competing in the Chiditarod—Chicago's legendary epic urban shopping cart race and mobile food-drive charity event through the city streets—we needed the fastest way to sauce a sausage on the run. So we did what any dedicated Chicagoans would do: we fired up the blender and made a "smoothie" - consisting of the 7 toppings to a Chicago hot dog.

The result was The Original Chicago Sauce: four classic condiments (pickles, yellow mustard, sweet relish, sport peppers), two fresh vegetables (onions, tomatoes), and one iconic seasoning (celery salt)—united under one single lid.

  • The Original Chicago Sauce: All 7 classic Chicago dog toppings united under one lid. Absolutely zero ketchup.
  • Chicago Fire Sauce: The first-ever hot sauce built around the authentic sport pepper. Pure flavor with real Midwestern heat.
  • Chicago Fry Sauce: Our Chicago Sauce blended with mayo and ketchup. A zesty special sauce for fries, tots, smash burgers, and Ruebens. (Warning: Contains ketchup).
  • Gangster Sauce: Chicago Sauce + authentic giardiniera + mayo + black truffle oil. The ultimate rich aioli for wings, burgers, seafood, and crispy fries.
